Research & Technical Projects

1. RevitAPIAutomation & 3D PointNet++ Implementation (Independent Research + LSU Faculty Affiliation, 2025) — Developed a Revit automation tool that isolates, visualizes, and quantifies BIM elements, auto-captures screenshots, populates CSV output, and generates 3D point clouds as input for a PointNet++ pipeline for automated construction progress tracking. Tools: pyRevit/IronPython, C#/.NET, PyTorch, OpenCV, JSON/CSV, Open3D, VS Code, S3DIS Dataset.
2. Skin Cancer Detection & Segmentation using Deep Learning (Independent Research, 2024) — Developed and evaluated EF-SwinNet (classification) and ADTNet (segmentation), both published in IEEE Xplore, December 2024. Tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python, OpenCV, medical imaging public datasets.
3. Design and Oversight of Welfare Data Management System (Professional Responsibility, 2021–2024) — Led end-to-end systems analysis and design, data workflow, and vendor coordination for a large-scale welfare beneficiary management system supporting the government’s G2P initiative as Database Administrator, CTM Project, Department of Social Services. Research relevancy: data governance, national database systems, scalable architecture, policy-driven system design.
4. Automated 4G Network Performance Analytics System (Professional Responsibility, 2017–2018) — Lead designer/developer at Robi Axiata Ltd. (with Ericsson); deployed a near-real-time, data-driven network performance monitoring tool during Bangladesh’s first nationwide 4G rollout via an ETL pipeline.
