Prepared and developed Terms of Reference (ToR) for an integrated MIS for DSS through business requirement gathering, technical specifications, and functional/non-functional design documentation to support procurement.
Coordinated and maintained liaison with government and firm stakeholders to integrate the MIS with other systems, increasing efficiency, transparency, and integrity.
Executed end-to-end business requirement collection and analysis to enhance DSS’s existing MIS.
Maintained and administered the MIS and its MySQL database; developed automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Conducted country-wide training for 9,000+ officers and staff of DSS and Local Government, helping the government channel roughly $30 million into its treasury.
