Robi Axiata OSS-NMS Solution Deployment

I executed this multi-million (USD) Next Generation Network Management Solution (NMS) project as a technical solution expert, from planning and design to implementation — one of the most significant and heterogeneous OSS-NMS/IT solution projects in the Bangladeshi telecom market at the time, spanning network equipment from many vendors amid a large-scale process re-engineering and business transformation effort.

As technical point of contact, I arranged numerous meetings with stakeholders and vendors to design the application suite, formulated requirements for a competitive tender, evaluated proposals from multiple international vendors alongside cross-departmental teams, and ultimately led execution of the deployment to implement the chosen solution in the Robi network in 2014.
